Meet the Founder
Erika R. Dominick-Johnson is the founder of She’s Spectacular, NFP.
Growing up in challenging circumstances, she faced many obstacles including periods of homelessness that could have easily defined her future, but she chose a different path. With faith, determination, and the support of those who believed in her, she turned her adversity into purpose. Today she stands as a mentor, advocate, and example of what’s possible when young girls are empowered to rise above their circumstances.
Her mission is to pour back into the next generation, especially those navigating difficult environments, by offering guidance, support, and the tools they need to thrive. She founded this mentoring program to be the resource she once needed, and a safe space where girls can grow in confidence, mental wellness, academic excellence, and self-worth.
